How can I retrieve back my saved ims on AIM? What software do i nedd to get them back?

I had Aim Ver6_5_5_2 and I saved my ims conversation on that one when there was an upgrade ver6_5_9_1 i thought my ims were automatically gonna be saved now when i look for it it says that its not there.
