Is Favre making lousy receivers look great?

I love favre but rice had a great rookie season and had a hard time last year due to injury, berrian just had his best season ever last year and is a solid 2 Receiver. Harvin is a wild card with his speed and big plays and shiancoe is a very good tight end but not a pro bowler. favre is making everyone better but they are not scrap heap players.
