Is the godless dictatorship in Haiti part of the recovery problem ? Will much of the aid go to the dictators?

Would it not be better if they lived under a Representative type government ? _____ Like the one we are going to lose___And is this how our country will look soon as it sides toward a dictatorship because schools, auto, insurance, and banks have become government owned ? ___I know that God has blessed the people of Haiti with the help of our country. As we fall away from God we won't be able to help other peoples of the world.
