Heart Palpitations Help?

now i get these like two or more times a week and i dont know what it could be but my sister says its the caffiene i ingest is that true i have coffee every day and i love it but like two or more times a week my heart would race at enormous speeds and i would feel like i am going to p out idk and what could it be i need answers please and thanx
