Ask a local card store owner. If they had come with the autograph, they would be more easily certifiable, but cost less. The only things that might diminish the value of the cards is if the autographs are not the player's own signature, and because 1980's cards were overproduced, they are worth less now. To get a decent amount of money for them, the autographs will need to be certified, but even so, they will not be worth too much.
