Question about central heating boiler?

I have a worcester-bosch condensing boiler 24ri model.Its only just over a year old and already had fan replaced.Just serviced by bosch in october and the fan is getting noisy again.Anybody else had any similar trouble with theirs? I gather that this fan has been a problem for some time as they replaced the first one straight away.Obviously its still a problem.Although the boiler is german made the fans are chinese.Enough said.Everything from china seems to be problematic.Thanks for any answers.
