Should Congress have to take part in the Health Care Plan that they mandate on the General Public?
The current Health Care Plan that is being debated on in the Senate has a provision that exempts Congress and their Staff. Pardon me but shouldnt Congress have to take part in the Health Care Plan that they mandate on the General Public?
