Which dandruff shampoo should i use?

I usually use Head N Shoulders and my dandruff went away but when school started it came back.(I have really thick hair and i am in athletics so they make us tie our hair back.)My cuz told me use V5 shampoo but my friends say for me to use Neutrogena T-GEL or selsan blue medicated. Which one should I use for my hair?
