Is there a good cooking supply store in the Kansas City area?

I was just wondering if there is a good supply store in the KC area, all i have is Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Nebraska Furniture Mart is like an hour away, are there any good cook supply stores nearby on the Missouri side of KC?
